Building Permit Services Offered:

  • Review and design racking storage systems to meet Township/IBC Code.
  • Prepare blueprint plan view, elevations and egress using CAD.
  • Submit drawing to independent certified state license professional engineer for review and seal, includes all states.
  • Submit rack specifications to independent engineer for review & sealed seismic calculations.
  • Coordinate with your sprinkler contractor for sprinkler review or permit application if work is needed.
  • Coordinate with your electrical contractor for egress (emergency lights & exits) work needed and electrical permit application.
  • Prepare rack permit applications; Building sub-code and permit packet (which includes contractors fire & electric sub-codes) and submit to Township.
  • Schedule partial and final Township permit inspections.
